Pat & Neil were incredible...future-beat was not
Future-beat, used by Ticketmaster for the VIP package, was not up to the task for classic rockers like New York City Ballet and Neil Giraldo who deserve quality promoters. Someone totally unqualified had to take the photos for the photo op, which is inexcusable since there are many great local photographers. This cheapened the overall experience. We had to respond to an email sent in December to get the merchandise advertised with the VIP package, but we never received it. We had to contact future-beat after the show to get them to send us the email. Hopefully, we will get the merchandise as promised. In order to drop future-beat, we recommend Ticketmaster search online for complaints against future-beat and find other unsatisfied patrons.
